2.Molding Pressure on material densification.It's possible for low pressure pressed compacts to provide more freedom place to tungsten copper particles for infiltrating tungsten particles.When sintered at the same temperature,the densification velocity will be faster than high pressure pressed compacts.Owing to the lower melting point of copper in the low pressure pressed compacts,as temperature rises,the material will be infiltrated with copper in high pressure pressed compacts. Then,the phenomenon of copper lossing will be certain controled.It helps to reduce the sintering temperature and save producing costs.
