Nano particle size tungsten trioxide may be applied for the preparation of nano-ceramic color master. The color master obtained is widely used in thermal insulation materials, so it is necessary to know the preparation of nano grain size tungsten trioxide powder, such as the preparation of hexagonal phase tungsten trioxide ultrathin nanosheets, for better understanding this material.
Preparation of Hexagonal Phase Tungsten Trioxide Ultrathin Nanosheet
The first step: Weigh 0.5g Na2WO4?2H2O, 0.1g urea, dissolved in 33mL ultrapure water.
The second step: Slowly add 0.43mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid. Upon the completion of dropwise, a clear yellowish tungstic acid sol is obtained.
The third step: The sol is poured into a hydrothermal reaction kettle at 140°C for 72h.
The forth step: After the reaction is completed, the product is washed by centrifugation (10000 r?min-1) in distilled water, placed in a dry box, and dried at 60°C for 12h. The sample is labeled as hexagonal phase WO3 (h-WO3).
