Crystal Structure of Hexagonal Tungsten Trioxide Ultrathin Nanosheets
In order to study the crystal structure and purity of hexagonal phase tungsten trioxide ultrathin nanosheets, XRD was characterized by ultrathin tungsten trioxide nanosheets, as shown in the pattern below.
It can be seen from the pattern that there is no peak on the XRD spectrum of the tungsten trioxide nanosheets, indicating that the nanosheet sample has high purity. And the result is consistent with the standard card of hexagonal phase tungsten trioxide (JCPDS: 85-2460). A very sharp X-ray diffraction peak can be seen from the XRD spectrum, which indicates that the hexagonal phase tungsten trioxide ultrathin nanosheets have high crystallinity.
