Nano violet tungsten oxide for producing window heat insulation film can be prepared by using APT as raw material in a rotary furnace under the conditions of wet hydrogen and high temperature. Some scholars have analyzed various parameters affecting the quality of violet tungsten oxide, and improved the rotary furnace, and successfully realized the continuous industrial production of violet tungsten oxide. The obtained violet tungsten oxide is fine and uniform with stable quality. The scholar found that:
1. Using the improved rotary kiln in: A zone temperature of 790°C, B zone temperature of 805°C, feed rate of 0.55 kg/min, furnace tube speed of 2.0r/min, NH3 flow rate of 0.7m3/h. And it can convert APT into single phase violet tungsten oxide (W18O49), and can achieve continuous industrial production.
2. The introduction of NH3 in the production of violet tungsten oxide contributes to the production of violet tungsten phase at high temperature, and a large amount of hydrogen and nitrogen can be generated to discharge the water vapor generated in the production process in time, so that the violet tungsten oxide is dried with good dispersibility.
