Studies also have shown that, it is favorable for the preparation of fine grain size violet tungsten oxide if the hydrogen humidity is small, the reduction temperature is low, the heating rate is slow, the particle size of the raw material is small, and the material layer is thin. There is data showing that ATP with a particle size of 10μm was used as a raw material. The temperature was raised to 1173K in 2h at pH 2O: pH 2=1.7:1, and the temperature was raised for 1.5h. Then, direct reduction was carried out to obtain violet tungsten oxide with a particle size of 2.2μm.
