Nano violet tungsten oxide powder may be applied for the preparation of near infrared shielding material. The largest grain size in the image is about 200nm, and the minimum grain size is less than 50nm. This is because the columnar crystals of violet tungsten oxide can be in contact with hydrogen, and the nucleation probability is uniform everywhere. Many crystal nuclei can be formed and grow up to form a complex chain structure composed of crystal grains with different orientations. In addition, relatively speaking, the single crystal particles in tungsten carbide powder are more than in tungsten powder, degree of aggregation is significantly smaller than that of tungsten powder, and aspect ratio of the particles is less than that of tungsten powder.
