The principle of preparing blue tungsten oxide by self-reduction of ammonium paratungstate: Using the existing rotary electric furnace equipment (with a diameter of 400mm, maximum heating temperature of 850°C), by optimizing the process technology and process parameters, using the NH3 contained in the raw material itself but not adopt NH3, by pyrolysis of NH3 under a certain temperature condition to obtain H2, the pyrolysis product is prepared by micro-reduction of ammonium paratungstate (prepared by ion exchange method with a particle size of 35-44μm, first-class product) to meet the requirements of blue tungsten oxide.
