Blue nano tungsten oxide for near-infrared shielding material can be prepared by the following two methods:
1.0 Place the raw material APT into the feed bin and feed it into a rotary furnace with a vacuum (0.5-0.8) X14Pa at a speed of 225 kg/h through a screw feeder, and inlet the protective gas --- nitrogen. The temperature control is: 800°C in one zone, 800°C in two zone, 700°C in three zone, 640°C in four zone, 640°C in five zone, and 610°C in six zone. After calcination in a rotary kiln, it is cooled and sieved to obtain blue tungsten oxide powder with a specific surface area of 12.65m2/g.
2.0 Put the material APT into the feed bin and feed it into a rotary furnace with a vacuum (0.8-1.2) X14Pa at a speed of 180kg/h through a screw feeder and pass through protective gas ---N2. The temperature control is: one zone of 750°C, two zone of 750°C, three zone of 660°C, four zone of 630°C, five zone of 595°C, and six zone of 560°C. After calcination in a rotary kiln, cooling and sieving, blue tungsten oxide powder with a specific surface area of 10.91m2/g can be obtained.
