Dark blue nano tungsten oxide may not only be applied for preparing window heat insulation film, but also be used to produce tungsten skeleton in the reduction sintering process. The reduction sintering process with the addition of blue tungsten oxide powder to prepare tungsten skeleton is to explore a new tungsten skeleton sintering process to reduce the sintering temperature of skeleton and improve the performance of tungsten copper composite material, and finally achieve mass production in the industry.
Therefore, some researchers have carried out related experiments on this problem and discussed the mechanism of adding blue tungsten oxide into sintered tungsten skeleton. They also analyzed the microstructure, thermal conductivity and oxygen content of tungsten copper composites using scanning electron microscopy, laser thermal conductivity and chemical composition analyzer. The results show that the tungsten skeleton prepared by this method has low oxygen content. The density of W-26Cu microstructure after infiltration is more than 99%, and the thermal conductivity can reach 231W/(m?K).
