1.0 The addition amount of blue tungsten oxide powder has a great influence on the density of the tungsten skeleton. As the amount of blue tungsten oxide powder added increases, the density of the tungsten skeleton decreases.
2.0 Reducing the particle size of the blue tungsten oxide powder enables better uniformity of the alloy structure after copper infiltration and lowers the sintering temperature of the tungsten skeleton at the same time.
3.0 The sintered tungsten skeleton added with blue tungsten oxide has low oxygen content. The tissue density after infiltration is more than 99%, and thermal conductivity can reach 231W/(m?K).
