Blue Nano Tungsten Oxide Applied for Infrared Absorption Material

Blue nano tungsten oxide for infrared absorption material can be added to the process of preparing tungsten skeleton by the reduction sintering process. What is the effect of addition of blue tungsten oxide powder on sintering and infiltration of the tungsten skeleton? Some researchers have done the following related experiments to study the influences:

1.0 Prepare the raw materials - Tungsten powder (particle size of 0.4μm, 1μm and 2μm, respectively) and blue tungsten oxide (particle size of 11.22μm). The powders were mixed by ball milling (mass ratio) of 3:1 and wet milling for 6h.
2.0 The mixed powder was dried and then isostatically pressed at 160MPa to prepare a round sheet blank.blue nano tungsten oxide applied for infrared absorption material picture
3.0 The tungsten skeleton blank is pre-sintered in a H2 atmosphere. The temperature was raised to 900°C at a rate of 3°C/min, held for 30min, and then increased to a temperature of 3°C/min to 1300 ~ 1500°C for sintering.
4.0 The sintered skeleton was kept warm at 1300°C for 1h for copper infiltration.
5.0 After the tungsten skeleton was sealed, the density was measured by the drainage method. The microstructure of the tungsten-copper composite sample was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The oxygen content of the tungsten skeleton was measured by chemical composition analysis, and the thermal conductivity of the material was measured by a laser thermal conductivity meter.
