Tungsten oxide powder is a kind of new nano heat-insulating material, which may be applied for the production of heat insulation agricultural thin film. The new agricultural film is mainly composed of two parts. One part is a transparent resin layer and the other part is a transparent base film. And the nano heat-insulation material is mainly applied to the transparent resin layer in the preparation process of agricultural film. Further, such a heat insulating material of tungsten oxide can have a shielding rate of 81% or more of infrared rays at the wavelength of 2400nm, a blocking ratio of 59% of ultraviolet rays at the wavelength of 380nm, and 94% or more of the transmittance of visible light.

1.0 Modified starch 45 parts, ethylene-ethyl acetate resin 8 parts, polyethylene resin 6 parts, light stabilizer 7 parts, antioxidant 4 parts, white oil 5 parts, water 78 parts; or
2.0 Modified starch 44 parts, 9 parts of ethylene-ethyl acetate resin, 6 parts of polyethylene resin, 6 parts of light stabilizer, 5 parts of antioxidant, 5 parts of white oil and 75 parts of water.
