It is worth to note that the raw material cesium tungsten bronze nanopowder is mainly prepared by controlling the reactants and combining with the hydrothermal method, thereby effectively simplifying the preparation process thereof and reducing the production cost of the cesium tungsten bronze powder.
Some experts used sodium tungstate and cesium sulfate as raw materials to prepare a transparent nano-dispersion of aqueous phase cesium tungsten bronze by hydrothermal method. The suitable preparation conditions were as follows: the concentration of sodium tungstate was 0.3mol/L, cesium (Cs)/tungsten (W) molar ratio is 0.3:1; the water/ethylene glycol volume ratio is 60:15; the precursor liquid stirring time is 1h; the hydrothermal pH value is 2; the hydrothermal heating rate is 2°C/min; and the hydrothermal temperature is 230°C. The water heat time is 20h.
