Nanometer cesium tungsten bronze may be used in the preparation of a new type of thermal insulation paper of high transparency. At present, powders such as indium tin oxide (ITO), antimony tin oxide (ATO), and aluminum zinc oxide (AZO) are commonly used to prepare glass transparent heat-insulating coatings. While tungsten bronze has attracted widespread attention in recent years due to its good photoelectric property, photochromic property and superconducting property. Cesium tungsten bronze (CsxWO3) formed by incorporation of monovalent cation Cs+ in tungsten oxide has excellent low-temperature superconducting property and low resistivity near room temperature.
In recent years, it has been found that the transparent heat insulation film for glass window prepared from cesium tungsten bronze of hexagonal structure has superior visible light transmission and near-infrared light shielding property than the ITO film. As a new type of near-infrared shielding material, cesium tungsten bronze powder is widely used in the preparation of glass transparent heat-insulating coatings or heat-insulating films. And therefore it has broad application prospects in building energy conservation and the heat insulation of automotive glass.
