Nanometer cesium tungsten bronze may be used in the preparation of a new type of near-infrared shielding material. In other words, cesium tungsten bronze nanopowder may be used to prepare a new type of glass transparent heat insulation coating, among which the content of cesium tungsten bronze in the coating is 0.0135-0.05g/ml. Further, such a coating material also contains polyvinyl butyral (PVB), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) or collodion as a film forming agent. Some experts choose PVA film-forming agent to prepare the transparent heat-insulating coating of cesium tungsten bronze. The specific steps are as follows:
1.0 Prepare of a slurry I with a PVA content of 0.05-0.15g/ml using water or a citric acid aqueous solution with a concentration of 1-4 mol/L;
2.0 Cesium tungsten bronze powder is ground in water or in a concentration of 2mol/L citric acid aqueous solution, ultrasonic dispersion, to obtain a slurry II;
3.0 Add slurry II to slurry I according to a volume ratio of 1:3-1:1, and make the content of cesium tungsten bronze powder of 0.01135-0.05g/ml, then stir the mixture in a water bath at 80°C for 30min, and then placed for 2 days to obtain glass transparent heat insulation coating.
