Nanometer cesium tungsten bronze may be used in the preparation of a new thermal insulation coating, which is more and more widely applied in the heat insulation fields of building and car. Therefore, some experts are paid more attention to the new thermal insulation material. And they have prepared such new glass transparent heat-insulating coating by adopting the following steps.
1.0 The polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was immersed in water for 1-3h, the defoaming agent was added, and then the mixture was heated and stirred in a 95°C water bath. After filtration, the slurry I was obtained, wherein the PVA content was 0.05g/ml-0.15g/ml;
2.0 Cesium tungsten bronze powder was ground in water for 5min, ultrasonically dispersed for 20min. Then, repeated grinding and ultrasonic dispersion operation were performed until uniform and stable cesium tungsten bronze slurry II was obtained;
3.0 Add the slurry II to the slurry I according to the volume ratio of 1:3 to 1:1, and make the content of the cesium tungsten bronze powder to be 0.0135-0.05g/ml, and then stir the mixture in a water bath at 80°C for 30min, and then placed for 2 days to get a new glass transparent heat-insulation coating.
