And therefore, some experts use the following methods to determine the performance parameters of cesium tungsten bronze powder and coating products:
1.0 The crystal phase composition of the synthesized CsxWO3 powder was analyzed by X-ray diffractometry using CuKa ray, tube pressure 40.0kV, current 20mA, scanning range 5°-70°.
2.0 The pore size and specific surface area analyzer were used to characterize the specific surface area of the CsxWO3 powder, and the adsorption gas was N2.
3.0 The particle size distribution and average particle size of CsxWO3 powder were characterized by laser particle size analyzer. Specific test method: Disperse the prepared powder in water, and directly test the particle size distribution and average particle diameter after ultrasonication for 5min.
4.0 The UV-visible-near-infrared absorption properties of CsxWO3 powders were characterized by an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer in the range of 300-1300nm. Specific test method: BaCl2 was used as background, the powder was pressed on BaCl2 sheet, and the near-infrared absorption performance was characterized by testing its absorbance.
