And the dispersion solution prepared may be made into heat insulating film or thermal insulating coating, such as glass film, architectural film, thermal insulating window film, thermal insulation car window film, architectural coating and plastic coating, etc. In recent years, with the increasing application of various heat-insulating films and heat-insulating coatings, experts have been working on the preparation of nano cesium tungsten bronze. They found a preparation method of cesium tungsten bronze powder, including the following steps:

1.0 Exchange 0.5 mol/L sodium tungstate solution with cationic resin to obtain tungstic acid sol;
2.0 Add citric acid solution and cesium carbonate solution to the tungstic acid sol, and mix to obtain hydrothermal reaction precursor liquid. In the precursor liquid, the molar concentration ratio of tungstic acid, citric acid and strontium carbonate is ensured at 0.1:0.5. The concentration of citric acid in the precursor liquid is controlled to 0.5 mol/L;
3.0 The precursor liquid is placed in a high pressure reaction kettle for hydrothermal reaction. After the reaction is completed, ultrasonic water washing, alcohol washing, centrifugation, and spray drying are performed to finally obtain cesium tungsten bronze. The hydrothermal reaction temperature is 170°C, the pressure is 0.9MPa, and the reaction time is 26 hours.
