Preparation Method of Cesium Tungsten Bronze
1.0 Weigh a certain amount of sodium tungstate (Na2WO4?2H2O), dissolve it in deionized water, prepare 0.5mol/L sodium tungstate solution, and ion exchange the sodium tungstate solution with styrene cation exchange resin to obtain 0.5mol/L tungstic acid solution;
2.0 Take 60ml of 0.5mol/L tungstic acid solution, put it into a beaker, add 37.5g of citric acid once in stirring, stir evenly, then slowly add 15ml 0.1mol/L cesium carbonate solution, then add 90ml absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring for 1h, obtaining reaction precursor solution;
3.0 The precursor solution prepared above is transferred into three 100ml autoclaves in three groups, and continuously hydrothermally reacted at 190°C for 3d;
4.0 The precipitate after the reaction is washed with water and alcohol three times in sequence, and after centrifugation, it is dried in a sub-vacuum at 50°C for 10 hours to obtain cesium tungsten bronze powder.
