Such coating is an environmentally friendly heat insulation material that has excellent thermal insulation property and near-infrared shielding property. Therefore, under the conditions of the country's increasing promotion of environmental protection and people's awareness of environmental protection, the application of such heat insulating coating of cesium tungsten bronze will become more and more extensive. Therefore, experts tested the thermal insulation properties of glass coated with CsxWO3 film.
They used a foam board to make a heat-insulating box. The interior space of the heat-insulating box was 10cm*5cm*10.5cm. The top of the box was opened with a rectangular window of 10cm*5cm. The bottom of the box was covered with black iron plate. And the thermometer was tightly attached to the interior surface of the black iron plate.
The specific test procedure is as follows: a glass plate coated with CsxWO3 film is installed on a window place of the heat-insulated space --- box. Let the film-coated part completely cover the window of the box. A 250W infrared lamp was used to illuminate at a distance of 25cm from the window. The relationship between the temperatures in the recording box and the irradiation time is recorded. The blank glass piece was tested in the same way. The thermal insulation effect of glass covered with CsxWO3 film with different cesium contents was characterized by comparing the temperature-time curves.
