Cesium Tungsten Oxide Applied for Infrared Thermal Insulation Nano Material

Cesium tungsten oxide may be applied to produce infrared thermal insulation nano material. Usually, the new environmentally friendly heat insulation material is applied to architectural glass or automotive glass in the form of glass transparent heat-insulating coating. As you may have known, heat insulating coating is widely applied for buildings windows and car windows for high heat insulation now. So, how should this glass transparent thermal insulation coating be formulated?

Preparation of Glass Transparent Thermal Insulation Coating
First, 0.272g of cesium tungsten oxide powder was thoroughly ground in 5ml of deionized water for 5min, then ultrasonically dispersed for 20min, and thus repeatedly ground and ultrasonically three times to obtain uniform and stable cesium tungsten oxide (CsxWO3) slurry;
Then, the obtained cesium tungsten oxide slurry was added to 15ml of PVA slurry, stirred and heated in a water bath at 80°C for 30 minutes, and left for 2 days to obtain glass transparent heat-insulating coating to be coated.
