Nano CsxWO3 Applied for Transparent Thermal Insulation Nanopowder

Nano CsxWO3 for transparent thermal insulation nanopowder can be synthesized by hydrothermal method. And some experts have prepared the CsxWO3 nanoparticles by such method according to the following steps.

Preparation of CsxWO3 by Hydrothermal Synthesis
Step one: Dissolve the sodium tungstate in 20mL of distilled water, ion exchange with a strong acid type styrene cation exchange resin, and rinse the resin column with 30mL of distilled water to obtain yellow tungstic acid solution with a concentration of 0.53mol/L;
Step two: The Cs/W ratio (molar ratio) - 0.5, add cesium carbonate into the solution, and then add D-malic acid to adjust the pH to 1;

Step three: The obtained solution is poured into a polytetrafluoroethylene autoclave, hydrothermal reaction at 175°C for 72h;
Step four: After centrifugation, the precipitate is washed several times with deionized water and absolute ethanol, and then dried at 80°C for 2h;
Step five: Use an agate mortar to grind to obtain powder sample.
Finally, based on the above experimental conditions, the experts investigated the influence of Cs/W ratio (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, and 0.6) and reaction time (24, 48, 72h) on the synthesis of CsxWO3 powder.
