Nano CsxWO3 Applied for Transparent Thermal Insulation Material

Theoretically, the grain size, morphology and crystallinity of nano CsxWO3, such as Cs0.32WO3 nanoparticles for transparent thermal insulation material, have a great influence on its light absorption performance (heat insulation performance). According to the calibration results, when the Cs/W ratio is 0.1-0.5, the main diffraction peak of the target product Cs0.32WO3 increases with the concentration of Cs in the raw material, indicating that the crystallinity of the prepared Cs0.32WO3 increases with the increase of Cs concentration. When the Cs/W ratio is 0.5, the main diffraction peak is the sharpest with the highest intensity, which indicates that the crystallinity of Cs0.32WO3 synthesized under this condition is the highest. When the Cs/W ratio is 0.6, the intensity of the main diffraction peak begins to decrease, indicating that the crystallization degree began to decline.
