Nano CsxWO3 Powder Applied for Window Heat Insulation Film

Nano CsxWO3 powder for window heat insulation film can be prepared by hydrothermal method using Na2WO4?2H2O (sodium tungstate dihydrate) as a tungsten source and Cs2SO4 as a cesium source. Some experts have prepared different cesium tungsten bronze transparent aqueous phase nano dispersions with different Na2WO4?2H2O concentrations (0.9moL/L, 0.7moL/L, 0.5moL/L, 0.3moL/L and 0.1moL/L). And they observed the effect of Na2WO4?2H2O on the particle size distribution of CsxWO3.

It can be seen from the experimental results that when the concentration of sodium tungstate dihydrate is 0.1moL/L, the particle size distribution measured in the cesium tungsten bronze dispersion is between 10nm and 300nm, mainly concentrated near 50nm, and the average particle is measured of 71nm. When the concentration of sodium tungstate dihydrate is 0.3moL/L, the particle size distribution of the cesium tungsten bronze particles is between 10nm and 200nm, mainly concentrated around 40nm, and the average particle size is 68nm. When the concentration of sodium tungstate dihydrate is 0.9moL/L, the particle size distribution of the cesium tungsten bronze particles is between 40nm and 300nm, mainly concentrated near 120nm, and the average particle diameter is 118nm. So, it can be concluded that with the increase of the concentration of sodium tungstate dihydrate, the particle size distribution of the cesium tungsten bronze particles has a tendency to become better first and then worse. This is because the increase in the concentration of sodium tungstate dihydrate leads to an increase in the amount of tungstic acid, which in the subsequent reaction leads to uneven mixing, making the particles larger. And as the crystal grows, the particle size continues to increase, thereby affecting the optical properties.
