Nano CsxWO3 powder for heat insulating window glass can be prepared by hydrothermal method. Among them, the tungsten source is sodium tungstate dihydrate, and the cesium source is cesium sulfate. Some experts have prepared different CsxWO3 transparent aqueous phase nano dispersions with different concentrations of sodium tungstate dihydrate (0.1moL/L, 0.3moL/L, 0.5moL/L, 0.7moL/L and 0.9moL/L). And the effect of sodium tungstate dihydrate on the TEM results of the prepared CsxWO3 powder was observed.
It can be seen from the results that the cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles obtained by different concentrations of sodium tungstate dihydrate are rod-shaped particles, but the aspect ratios of the particles are different. As the concentration of sodium tungstate dihydrate increases from 0.3moL/L to 0.9moL/L, the agglomeration of cesium tungsten bronze particles becomes more and more serious. This is because the increase in the concentration of sodium tungstate dihydrate will increase the amount of tungstic acid sol obtained by acidification with nitric acid, which will have certain effects on the subsequent washing process or mixing process, resulting in product non-uniformity and aggravation of agglomeration, affecting the dispersion of cesium tungsten bronze particles in water, thereby affecting the optical properties of the cesium tungsten bronze transparent nano dispersion.

When the concentration of tungstic acid is 0.1mol/L, although the particles have good dispersibility in water, the concentration is too low, which is disadvantageous for the formation of cesium tungsten bronze particles, and the yield is too low. From the viewpoints of the morphology of cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles and the dispersion in water and the optical properties of the dispersion, 0.3mol/L is selected as the suitable concentration of sodium tungstate dihydrate.
