According to the above formula, the cesium tungstate nano heat insulation slurry is added to the aqueous resin, stirred and dispersed for 10-30 minutes, and then added with a coating auxiliary agent and a solvent, stirred and uniformly mixed to obtain cesium tungstate nano transparent heat-insulating water-based coating. Wherein, the aqueous resin is an aqueous polyurethane resin or an aqueous acrylic resin; the coating auxiliary agents includes at least one of a dispersing agent, a film forming aid, a leveling agent, an antifoaming agent and a thickening agent; the dispersing agent may be a polymeric anionic dispersing agent; the film forming aid may be at least one of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and dipropylene glycol butyl ether; the leveling agent may be an acrylic copolymer or a non-reactive polyether modified polysiloxane; the antifoaming agent may be a non-silicone containing hydrophobic particle mineral mixture; the thickening agent may be a modified polyurethane thickener or a sodium polyacrylate thickener.
