Preparation of Nano Cesium Tungstate Powder
Step one: Weigh 1.18g of sodium tungstate and 0.65g of cesium sulfate, add citric acid solution and ethanol reagent at a concentration of 5mol/L, stir evenly, and react at 180°C for 2 hours to obtain a mixture of tungsten and cesium;
Step two: Add 1.56g of urea to the mixture of tungsten and cesium, adjust the pH of the reaction solution to 3, stir until the urea is completely dissolved to form a transparent solution;
Step three: Stir the above solution uniformly and then wash with argon for 10min, then insert the ultrasonic probe under the protection of argon gas at 70°C, and irradiate with ultrasonic wave at a frequency of 24.45kHz for 2h to obtain a gelatinous precipitate;
Step four: The gelatinous precipitate was aged for 4 hours, filtered under reduced pressure, and washed twice with distilled water, and then washed with a 10% by volume ethanol solution until the filtrate was neutral, and finally washed twice with absolute ethanol; The obtained precursor was dried at 80°C for several hours, and then ground into powder. The powder was placed in a muffle furnace and kept at 700°C for 5 hours, then cooled with the furnace to obtain nano cesium tungstate powder.
