1.0 The reaction amount of ammonium tungstate and cesium hydroxide was dissolved in solvent ethanol. The solution was dried to obtain a powder, and the obtained powder was further pulverized to obtain a mixture of tungsten and cesium. Wherein, the pulverization may be carried out by a conventional pulverization method such as ball mill pulverization; and the drying is also carried out by a conventional drying method such as spray drying;
2.0 The tungsten and cesium mixed powder was placed in a closed reaction vessel with stirring. The sorbic acid as a reaction solvent was added thereto, and the mixture was stirred at 280°C for 3.5 hours. The mass of the reaction solvent was 2.6 times the mass of tungsten or cesium mixed powder;
3.0 The reaction product in step 2.0 is separated by a conventional separation method, and washed with deionized water or ethanol, dried, and then pulverized by a jet mill to obtain nano cesium tungstate. The air pressure of the air bag of the crushing chamber of the jet mill was 0.9MPa, and the speed of the classifier of the jet mill was set to 3,300r/m.
