1.0 The reaction amount of ammonium metatungstate and cesium hydroxide is dissolved in a solvent of n-propanol, the solution is dried to obtain a powder, and the obtained powder is further pulverized to obtain the mixed powder of tungsten and cesium;
2.0 The tungsten and cesium mixed powder was placed in a closed reaction vessel with stirring, and sorbitol as a reaction solvent was added thereto, and the powder was stirred at 190°C for 5.5 hours, and the mass of the reaction solvent was a 3 times the mass of the mixed powder of tungsten and cesium;
