Cesium doped tungsten oxide for thermal insulation film can be synthesized by a hydrothermal synthesis method using cesium carbonate and sodium tungstate as raw materials. In this regard, the experts also studied the effects of different synthetic process conditions on the microstructure and light absorption properties of the synthesized Cs doped tungsten oxide powder, and discussed the effect of ultraviolet light on the near-infrared shielding properties of the cesium doped tungsten oxide film.

Among them, XRD analysis shows that the structure of the synthesized cesium doped tungsten oxide is hexagonal. The diffuse reflectance absorption spectrum shows that the absorption of Cs doped tungsten oxide powder in the short-wave near-infrared region is gradually enhanced with the prolongation of hydrothermal reaction time and the increase of citric acid content, showing strong near-infrared absorption performance. The transmission spectrum of the film showed that the film of Cs doped tungsten oxide synthesized by citrate concentration of 0.55mol/L and ethanol-free reaction for 3d has good near-infrared shielding property and photochromic property, and the trend of infrared shielding of film is further enhanced when it is nearly irradiated by ultraviolet light.
