Assembly of Electrochromic Devices By Screen Printing Electrolyte Method
Step One: The cleaned FTO conductive glass is placed on a flat tabletop, and then the screen printing screen with a pore size of 200 mesh is cleaned and dried with washing water.
Step Two: Put the clean printed screen on the surface of the FTO conductive glass, pour the electrolyte on the screen, then use the scraper to repeatedly scrape the electrolyte on the screen, remove the screen, and evenly print the electrolyte on the surface of FTO conductive glass.
Step Three: Attach a layer of FTO glass coated with a Mo doped tungsten oxide electrochromic film. The two glasses are sealed with UV-curable glue to assemble a complete electrochromic device.
