Here are the preparation steps of cesium tungsten bronze powder as following as:
Step One: Prepare the precursor solution containing tungstic acid, cesium carbonate and a reducing substance (citric acid) according to a Cs/W molar ratio of 0.01-0.35:1. The solvent is water or a mixture of ethanol and water in a volume ratio of 1:4-4:1. Wherein the concentration of tungstic acid in the precursor solution is 0.1-1.0 mol/L and the concentration of citric acid is 0.1-1.5 mol/L.
Step Two: The precursor solution is placed in the autoclave, and reacted at 180-200 °C for 1-3 d, and then the obtained precipitate is post-treated to obtain cesium tungsten bronze powder for preparing office glass heat insulating coating. Among them, the post-treatment includes water washing, alcohol washing, centrifugation, vacuum or sub-vacuum drying.
