Specifically, the preparation of cesium tungsten bronze powder includes the following steps:
Step One: Prepare an aqueous solution of tungstic acid, an aqueous solution of cesium carbonate and a solution of citric acid, separately.
Step Two: Prepare the precursor solution. While stirring, the aqueous solution of cesium carbonate is added to the aqueous solution of tungstic acid, then the citric acid solution is added, and then a certain amount of absolute ethanol is added to continue stirring for 1h to obtain the reaction precursor for preparing cesium tungsten bronze powder.
Step Three: Transfer the precursor solution into the autoclave, reacting at 180-200 °C for 1-3 d, washing with water and alcohol, and centrifuging to obtain CsxWO3 precipitate, and then dried by vacuum or sub-vacuum at 50-80 °C to obtain cesium tungsten bronze (CsxWO3) powder. The crystal phase composition of the obtained cesium tungsten bronze powder for preparing glass dome thermal insulating glass coating is Cs0.32WO3, the powder particle size is 100-1300 nm, and the specific surface area is 7-50 m2/g.
