The preparation steps of cesium tungsten bronze powder are showing as below as:
Step One: Prepare the precursor solution containing tungstic acid, cesium carbonate and a reducing substance according to a Cs/W molar ratio of 0.01-0.35:1. The solvent is water or a mixture of ethanol and water in a volume ratio of 1:4-4:1.
Step Two: The precursor solution is reacted in an autoclave at 180-200 °C for 1-3 d, and the obtained precipitate is post-treated to obtain cesium tungsten bronze powder. And the obtained cesium tungsten bronze has a crystal phase composition of Cs0.32WO3, a powder particle size of 100-1300 nm and a specific surface area of 7-50 m2/g.
