In terms of weight percentage, the basic formula of such a kitchen thermal insulating glass coating is: Polyurethane resin of 40%-80%, nano WO3 dispersion of 1%-15%, nano ATO dispersion of 5%-30%, nano LaB6 dispersion of 1%-10%, additives of 0.5%-3% and solvents of 5%-20%. The polyurethane resin is a solvent-based polyurethane resin. And the resin is composed of component A and curing agent B. Component A is a polyester polyol, a polyether polyol, or a hydroxy acrylic resin. The curing agent B is a prepolymer containing NCO or NCO-containing multimeric polymers. The nano WO3 dispersion uses nano WO3 slurry with a particle size of 30nm-80nm and a solid content of 15%-30%. The nano ATO dispersion uses nano-ATO slurry with a particle size of 30nm-80nm and a solid content of 15%-30%. The nano LaB6 dispersion uses nano LaB6 slurry with a particle size of 30nm-80nm and a solid content of 15%-30%.
