Cesium tungsten oxide for producing car heat insulation film is often known as CsxWO3 nanoparticles – a new type of near-infrared shielding material that is found in recent years. And Cs0.33WO3 or Cs0.32WO3 nanopowder is usually used in the production of heat shielding film. Well, do you know what are the effects of milling to the Cs0.32WO3 particles?

According to the experts, moderate milling is bene?cial to break up agglomerate Cs0.33WO3 particles, but excessive milling would lead to exposed active surface and improve milling temperature, which may cause secondary agglomeration. Some experts found this results after repeated studies. They found that the secondary particle size of Cs0.33WO3 after milling 3 h, 6 h and 9 h was 164 nm, 149.6 nm and 257.2 nm, respectively. And the ?rst 3 h has highest ball-milling ef?ciency and the secondary particle size would be increased again after milling 9 h.
