The calibration experiment method is as follows: Cs0.32WO3 powder to be characterized and commercial SiC powder with a purity of 99.9% are mixed in a mass ratio of 1: 2, and then fully ground in an agate mortar, and the mixed powder is quantitatively removed for XRD Characterization. Wherein, by comparing the XRD main diffraction peak (2θ = 27.77 °) of Cs0.32WO3 with the SiC main diffraction peak (2θ= 35.7 °), the change in crystallinity can be more intuitively displayed.
