A Preparation Method of New Yellow Tungsten Oxide Photocatalytic Material
Step One: Dissolve Na2WO4·H2O2 in deionized water and stir magnetically for 10-30min to obtain a uniform and transparent solution.
Step Two: Add HCl to the solution prepared in Step One, and magnetically stir for 30min-1h to obtain the pale yellow precipitate.
Step Three: Wash the precipitate prepared in Step Two.
Step Four: Dissolve the washed precipitate in 10-30 ml of H2O2 solution (wt%: 30%), and magnetically stir to obtain a uniform and transparent solution.
Step Five: The solution obtained in Step Four is transferred to a high-pressure reaction kettle and placed in an oven for a hydrothermal reaction at the temperature range of 120-180 °C for 6-24 h. After the reaction is completed, it is naturally cooled to room temperature.
Step Six: Centrifuge and wash the precipitate obtained in Step Five with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol 3-5 times at speed of 3000-8000 r/min for 5-15min.
Step Seven: The product obtained in Step Six is transferred to an oven and dried at 50-90 °C for 10-30h to obtain a new yellow tungsten oxide photocatalytic material that can efficiently photocatalytically degrade organic dyes.
