The results showed that the dingal ceramics prepared from nano-WO3 powders have lower varistor voltage and higher dielectric constant. Also, the samples show abnormal temperature characteristics - the nonlinear coefficient does not decrease with increasing temperature; the sample conductivity decreases with increasing temperature, showing a certain metal behavior. In this regard, experts believe that during the sintering process of the sample, some nanoparticles are deposited at the grain boundary. These nanoparticles change the nature of the grain boundary, causing abnormal temperature characteristics of the sample.
